| Gregorian's Portable
Steel Buildings also come in a modular style. This allows you to
have a longer building by adding additional pieces. They can be
built all at once or you can add additional pieces later on should you
need more space.
Another feature that separates the modular style
from the double wide style is that the modular style is an open span on
the inside with the roof being supported by rafters. The double
wide style has poles running down the center of the building to support
each half of the roof.

- 24' x 24' outside dimensions ( Each half is
24' wide by 12' long)
- Outside Wall is 6' Tall (9-1/2' at the peak)
- Base and Skids are made from 2-7/8" heavy
pipe
- Frame is made from 14 gauge 2" square tubin
- Sheeted with 22 gauge super steel (other
siding options are available)
- 2 - Bifold garage doors with manual lift
- 1 - Walk in door
